The new equipment has been specifically engineered to meet the demanding quality and productivity requirements of the Customer. Each machine features a 40 kN rolling capacity, providing the force required for high-precision edge forming on critical steering or suspension components.

To ensure maximum process control and repeatability, the machines incorporate a servo-controlled feed system, enabling precise adjustment and consistent product quality. In addition, the equipment includes force-displacement monitoring with real-time graphical visualization, allowing complete traceability and validation of every rolling operation.
