
LANBI has successfully delivered a new state-of-the-art assembly machine designed for the integration of axial ball joints into steel suspension arms, marking a significant step forward in its expansion within the North American automotive sector.
The newly developed system is engineered to perform the complete assembly process of axial ball joints with high precision and efficiency. It integrates all key components of the joint, including the pin, ring, steel housing, and protective boot, within a single automated solution. The process is completed with the dosing of grease in three areas of the joint.
In addition, the machine is equipped with advanced vision inspection systems to ensure the quality of the assembly and it also incorporates precise torque control for the ball joint, guaranteeing optimal mechanical performance. Furthermore, a fully integrated part-level traceability system enables complete monitoring and data tracking throughout the entire assembly process.
