LANBI has recently delivered a semiautomatic bushing pressing assembly cell. Thanks to this machine, five different components are pressed in a LH/RH Aluminium Control Arm. Pressing operations are done using LANBI new generation standard electrical presses of 100KN and 50KN, including pressing load & displacement monitoring. All the data is traced and stored related to each specific part.
Marking operation completes this cell, which is handled by two operators to reach the committed volume. In the case of bigger volumes, LANBI provides more automated solutions, reaching whichever cycle time customer might need.
