LANBI has recently delivered a complete installation for a North American Chassis manufacturing company.
Automated with Fanuc robots, this line assembles the ball joint on the suspension arm, as well as two bushings. Small components are fed through bowl feeders and the ball joint is assembled on a rotary table, while the bushings are mounted on a double electric press. All the necessary controls are carried out at the facility and uploaded to the traceability system to ensure a product of the highest quality.
