The outer diameter is reduced, making it easier to fit into the housing. Properly compressed bushings can distribute loads more evenly, improving the performance and longevity of the component.
Equipped with a pre-compression mechanism, with two options, work with high load, 30-100KN or low load 5KN, depending on the product requirements, this servo press aligns and compresses the bushing before final pressing, significantly reducing stress and deformation. This ensures superior assembly quality, prolonging component lifespan and enhancing mechanical reliability.
