LANBI has successfully delivered a new state-of-the-art multi-reference bushing pressing into links and rear bracket with links assembly installations for a very relevant EV auto maker as a final customer.

The newly developed installations are engineered to perform the complete bushing pressing process of several different links and the final rear bracket assembly with links, dependent on the final assembly position of the car. Aside from bushing pressing and bolts torquing operations, it integrates multiple mechanical Poka Yoke controls and advanced vision inspection systems to ensure the quality.

Furthermore, a fully integrated part-level traceability system enables complete monitoring and data tracking throughout the entire process.

The machine reflects LANBI’s commitment to innovation in advanced manufacturing technologies, particularly in the field of suspension systems. Designed with flexibility and robustness in mind, the system is tailored to meet the demanding standards of the EV market.
