Lanbi delivers a new semi-automatic double press for control arm bushing assembly. This project was developed combining manual flexibility with the precision of full traceability through Data Matrix Code on each control arm, ensuring 100% part tracking and historical data recording.
Manual load/unload of both control arms and bushings with integrated automatic bushing lubrication prior to pressing, guaranteeing optimal assembly conditions and preventing material damage.
Equipped with two electric presses (100 kN capacity each) which perform real-time monitoring of force and displacement throughout the entire cycle, correlating the position of the bushings with the center of the ball joint. This ensures that every single pressing operation is validated.
