LANBI, leading manufacturer of machining and assembly equipment for Steering and Suspension Linkages, has launched a new prototyping cell in its laboratory dedicated to the assembly and test of ball joints and control arms.

This new prototyping capability allows LANBI to offer its customers a fast and flexible service, enabling the delivery of first-off parts in a significantly reduced timeframe. By using LANBI’s standard assembly stations, customers can obtain initial components without having to wait for the construction of final production equipment.

In addition to assembly operations, the prototyping cell enables both axial control and rotational torque control of the assembled components, ensuring that critical functional parameters are verified from the earliest stages of development. The cell replicates real production conditions, as it is based on the same standardized LANBI stations used in definitive manufacturing lines.

Furthermore, this new line will allow LANBI to carry out R&D testing aimed at continuously optimizing its standard solutions in response to evolving market requirements and emerging technical challenges.

To complete its prototyping offering, LANBI can also provide dynamic validation testing services through a partner located just a few kilometers from its facilities. This collaboration enables customers to access comprehensive validation capabilities, from rapid prototyping and assembly to dynamic testing, within a highly efficient and coordinated framework.
