High Speed Suspension Ball Joint Assembly Line
High speed fully automatic suspension ball joint assembly line working at a rate lower than 5 second per part. Starting with ball stud de-palletising and control, the machine includes the automatic feeding and assembly of all the components, part traceability, cold calibration, running, tilting torque and leak test controls.
Three bolts are inserted into the flange thanks to an auxiliary rotary table using LANBI electric presses.
