Outer Ball Joint Assembly Line

By means of an inlet feeding conveyor without any tooling, the robot automatically picks and loads the outer ball joint housings with the help of a vision camera. Machine tooling is specially designed to minimise change over time, automatically adjusted to the new model. Every component is automatically fed to the line and the ball joint is fully assembled, torque tested and packaged.
