Fully automatic inner ball joint assembly cell, prepared for 10 references, with robotised de-palletising for pins and palletising of finished parts. The assembly process is carried out on an 8-station rotary table that includes automatic feeding of components, ball joint housing servo-hydraulic crimping press and tilting and rotational torque controls.
