Sheet Metal Control Arm Assembly Cell
Sheet metal control arm assembly line with inlet buffer for arms and bushings. Cell is capable of running an LH & RH control arm for mixed production without changeover. Bushings require radial orientation and also grease dispensing inside the rubber hole.
The cell includes 2 handling robots, 2 electric presses, a labelling station and DMC reading for part traceability. Finally, the part is unloaded to LH & RH exit conveyor.
