Fully automatic ball stud manufacturing cell, where parts are fed from a step feeder and transferred to a double lathe for shank machining, ball turning and burnishing. Installation is completed with ball diameter control and crack detection by Eddy currents. The thread is then rolled and finally palletised in small KLT boxes.
