Knuckle Assembly Cell
Fully automatic bushing assembly cell for knuckles, with a multi-tool press unit with automatic tool change. By means of a robot, the knuckle is loaded and each bushing is pressed one by one, automatically changing the pressing tool and relocating and holding the knuckle by robot. The part is laser marked for traceability and unloaded via the exit conveyor.
