The automobile door hinge machining transfer cell includes hinge milling, deburring, drilling, chamfering, reaming and tapping. The cell processes the parts two by two in order to increase productivity. The loading and unloading of hinges can be done manually or automatically. The line is prepared for rear and front LH & RH models, without changeover.
