High Speed Inner Ball Joint Assembly Line
High speed inner ball joint assembly line working at a rate of 5 seconds per part. Rod, plastic bearing and housing are automatically loaded and the following operations are carried out along the line: greasing, servo-hydraulic crimping, tilting torque control and part marking. Finished parts are palletised in trolleys for thermo-calibration.
