High speed inner ball joint assembly line working at a rate lower than 6 seconds per part. Operator loads the inner ball joint components manually: housing, ball stud and plastic bearing, and the following operations are automatic: greasing, servo-hydraulic crimping, running, tilting torque control, rotational torque control and part marking.
Finished parts are palletised in plastic boxes.
