High Speed Outer Ball Joint Assembly Line – OBJ-MO 1057
High speed fully automatic steering outer ball joint assembly line working at a rate of 6 seconds per part. Housings are manually loaded onto a buffer and the remaining components are fed automatically.
Greasing, inrolling, tilting and rotational torque control and marking operations are carried out. Finally, finished parts are packaged in plastic boxes by a robot.
